Our Story

Dr. Kyle Van Duser began his work as an assistant professor with the University of Hawaii in 2012 and gained tenure in 2017. His primary domain is supporting the institution’s retention and graduation rates by examining variables that impact student success. In 2017, he founded Pacific Analytics with a focus on helping healthcare organizations utilize treatment data to benefit their clients and improve treatment outcomes.

When the COVID-19 pandemic began in 2020, its strong negative impact on young people did not go unnoticed. Dr. Van Duser saw that his students were struggling, and several of them took their own lives. This further motivated him to use his skills to impact the fields of mental health treatment and outcomes research.

In 2020, Pacific Analytics had the opportunity to partner with Paradigm Treatment Centers to conduct a robust outcomes study. Due to our success with Paradigm, we have gained attention and requests from treatment centers around the country.

With the growth of our team and our focus on scalability, we now stand poised to provide outcomes research services to the healthcare field with an emphasis on mental health treatment. Placing data ethics and client privacy as the highest priority, we strive to provide actionable findings to benefit these organizations and the patients that they serve.
